This is how I feel today, first day home from holidays. I feel foggy and sad and moody and broody and I don't like feeling this way. But this will pass, and soon I will break out with some happy holiday photos and something will inspire me to kick some ass!

It is only when we silent the blaring sounds of our daily existence that we can finally hear the whispers of truth that life rveals to us, as it stands knocking on the doorsteps of our hearts.

My bags are packed and I'm ready to go....well my things are stacked, soon to be packed. I think I did a good job of packing light this time. One week away, starting in San Francisco and up the coast...yes the coast, crashing waves, healing salty mists, beaches, vineyards and family - a short stay with B's cousin in S.F.

Books - "Eat Pray Love" again...I read it the first time around and I really got the Eat and Pray part...could not relate to Love...now I can and I will read it with a different view this time. I'm also taking "Anais Nin The voyage Within", my music...and travelling music to share.
